We have had 2 straight qrtrs of decreased growth, decreased r&d and increased spending, that is not value that in the banking world is classified as a recession.
As for the piupeline, the pipeline you mention time and time again is only of value if one, meaning gagnon, lives up to the timelines and commitment he has previously amde. Well we all know that has not happened, so again no shareholder value.
