RE:For RET, Gross Profit increases with Gross Revenue

RE:For RET, Gross Profit increases with Gross RevenueIf we replicate Q2/22 revenues of $229 million in Q4, will we replicate the other key financial metrics ?

Gross profit for the second quarter of 2022/23  increased $43.0-million to $138.7-million ..

Gross profit as a percentage of sales for the second quarter of 2023 increased to 60.5 per cent from 55.5 per cent for the second quarter of 2022.

Net earnings from continuing operations for the second quarter of 2023 was $37.3-million (76 cents basic and diluted earnings per share)

We do know that freight and shipping rates continued to decline in Q4.

Revitalixed PENN May have boosted sales relative to Q2 of 2022.

Cost compression measures continued ..

But, $0.76 per share in net Earnings ?

Wow.

But, I would be very happy with $0.30 per share in net earnings and another $20 million added to cash..
