Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). These materials are sold for use in research and development, as well as in products manufactured by other diagnostic companies.

When management can not do there job there is only one direction the stock can go.

Any interested investor would look at the enrollment pace. Any interested investor would see that each yearly raise has been weaker than the past..

With each passing month they chop away at any future PMX returns.

When will the BOD care?

September? If Seto and Kellum still cant hit "worst case" enrollment by September can shareholders then have a new competent management team?
