At my age more into the abundance of inexpensive, fresh and tasty vegetables and fruit. Groceries cost a fraction of what they would at home in Canada, altho if you want to buy Kraft peanut butter and Campbells canned soups, you are likely paying more for those items here.
For now we are simply renting, and with the temperatures not changing much yearround, most rentals have no heating system and no AIR/CON.... simply isnt necessary. Gotta say i dont miss the snow, but wouldnt hurt to see some rain. Dry season here has lasted from NOV 30 th when we arrived to now, and havent seen more than a couple of nights with a few sprinkles, nothing resembling anything like rain.
