But, I like the fact that something wasn't locked in and so we can benefit from the maturation of HL stock now the deal in place. It is not that big a surprise that HL has risen with worldwide post pandemic, active war lead instability etc. And... the fact that having been able to acquire the ATAC Rackla properties should continue to move HL stock in a positive direction. 19c CAD is what this offer amounts to today. I believe that is vs 12c CAD with the Victoria deal. Now that's a big difference.
