The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of its resource properties. Its project includes Piskanja. Piskanja is located in a historical mining region with infrastructure for mining, including roads, rail, electric power, experienced miners, and others. The site is situated 250 kilometers (km) south of Belgrade, Serbia, accessible by paved roads. Lithology at Piskanja is typical of sedimentary basins, primarily consisting of shales, marls, and limestone, with two primary gently undulating borate beds. The mineralization is primarily dense, compact colemanite with some ulexite. The Company’s subsidiary is Balkan Gold Corp.

RE:RE:Simple Math for EveryoneI ageee on the buyout theory , I would say the time frame will be once we are granted a mining license. Everything else comes into play but the mining license is the key factor in my mind. No matter what we have in terms of boron in the ground , without a license to mine it , it is still worthless . ( see Rio Tinto lithium mine) Yes I agree that a company could buy the property and pursue a mining license on its own, but  in this case with BONES past dealings with Serbia I think it will be a licensed property deal The one question mark I have to bring up is the license issued to a specific company to mine Piskanja  or to the Piskanja mine itself to be mined by whoever owns the rights to Piskanja  ?I am sure Tim and company have a legal team to take of this for us? . Just my thoughts on this . .GLTA
