Skeena is soon to get another million ounces of high grade! If you are not familiar....All the waste rock from the original Eskay Creek mine was put into Albino Lake. A modern day claim jumper got a ruling that this waste belongs to him as he staked out the land under the facility. Another lawsuit took place between him and his former employer...some loser outfit....Anyway....the case was heard in March so a ruling will be coming soon as to whom has title to all those tailings.
No matter who wins this case neither will ever be able to monetize it. Their only option is to sell it to Skeena. They cannot build a mill, they cannot use the road, they cannot mine the rock. They must cut a deal with Skeena.
Once this is done whether for cash or stock or royalties Skeena will have a million ounces of high grade rock just stitting there. This waste rock was from the highest grade mine in the world and by todays standards is high grade. It literally just needs to be scooped up and run through the mill. It will add significantly to Skeenas resource AND grade. It will be extremely profitable as it's already mined!
So the bottom line is Skeena is about to add a million easy ounces on top of the 750k ounces at the Snip deposit bringing the total to 6 million.
I would expect a significant move higher in the stock once a deal is struck...it's only when now not if.
