Wouldn't want to be short

Not really looking like its panning out for the ''big short.'' Decent enough week for PHM(VMD, QIPT) so its time to tear the cork off a crock off Crown Royal. Hey, its five o'clock somewhere after all. My old counterparts that got me buying this years ago told me they've been buying some more lately. Thats a good sign as far as I'm concerned. They've never been wrong. Good luck longs.
