Response to TheTruth1234 - Lots of Fun Ahead

Response to TheTruth1234 - Lots of Fun AheadTheTruth1234 commented on a previous post of mine about Midatech. You can find his comment here.

I posted a response but it needs to be put up front. Here is the response I posted. There are many people who might be interested in a fight like MBT123 or TheTruth1234 shows an interest in starting.

==== Response to TheTruth1234 ========================

Hey, TheTruth1234, let's have at it!

It would be wise for you to bone up on your facts. I was paid far more by Bioasis than Daniel Carlson at TW Research was. I worked for Bioasis for seven years or so. He lasted a few months and then turned into a troll. He did that both publicly and in private messages. I have some very interesting emails from him.

I'm just better at what I do that Carlson is. The trouble for me is that I hate doing it. I really don’t much like many of the people that had to work with, including some shareholders. Carlson confirmed my capabilities by criticizing me for convincing people to buy and hold Bioasis, something that he’s not very good at. And to think, I even criticized Bioasis, both before and during my long association with them.

About post hoc analysis, I made predictions about Bioasis with respect to both success and failure. I predicted what would happen if the company didn't advance its own technology, that it wouldn't have a story to tell. That is exactly what happened. I described how a management team would behave, the things theywould do, if they really wanted to put xB3 into private hands. I fought with various powerful shareholders during February and March of 2019 and yet they backed Rathjen.

I predicted the peptide in 2012 and was told to shut up about by RH's two Alberta promoters, pmrider and DrJekyl. (Oh, yeah, there are stories well documented by me out of that pair.)

I predicted most everything. Almost all of the predictions were of the sort that if the company doesn't start doing this or that or doesn’t start doing certain thkngs then here’s what it would look like.

I may start telling that inside story, who secretly got options but never publicly declared their conflicts of interest, stuff like that.

You're out of your league, TheTruth123, so that suggests to me that I'm going to have a whole bunch of fun with you, all of it backed up by the record.

And at this point, with things the way they are, I suspect there’s not much now left for shareholders but to learn the truth. And I suspect shareholders know they won’t get much truth from a new anonymous poster who felt the need to call himself “TheTruth1234”
