Is there a chance, that the announcement for .10 cents

was like pulling a Temas? pump and dump for a few pennies this time? somebody wanted to get out? time will tell, if you do not think so, please expalin why is BONE trading below that if it is known to be worth at least .10? who is doing the selling and why?
