Class Action Certification Hearing April 11, 2023Any positive remarks from the Judge during the Certification hearings last week could move the stock much higher.
Not sure if the class action cases against all the Health Care facilities will get certified, but even if they do, any positive remarks by the judge regarding possible outcomes could be good for SIA and any other operator.
The Judge has already remarked that the case against the Ontario government will be challenging.
