RE:RE:RE:DBM VolatilityActually I agree with most of your comments. Doman has a great dividend & solid Management. In good times like 2021 when lumber prices were high (average futures of $1,263 wth a high over $1,700) they had record earnings.
Problem is that I wouldn't consider these good times. In 4th Q 2022 (when average futures were about $420), they only managed earnings of 5 cents per share.
I also had several thousand shares, but sold them a while back at about $1 per share profit .. because I was convinced the SP would drop. It took longer than I expected, mainly because a few analysts got carried away predicting $12 to $15 share prices .. and investors fell for it.
Average 1st Q futures are $407 so I don't expect earnings to be a whole lot better. I'll buy back in at some point under $6, if I get the chance.
