Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Anti-Cancer Therapy division develops patented, and patent pending drugs, called Photo Dynamic Compounds (PDCs) and activates them with patent pending laser technology to destroy specifically targeted cancers, bacteria and viruses. The Cool Laser Therapy division designs, develops, manufactures and markets super-pulsed laser technology indicated for the healing of chronic knee pain. The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

So if PP speculation is true (let's assume for now), could it mean one of these scenarios?

1. They are yet to submit data to the FDA.

2. They submitted early in Q1 and the FDA is not meeting its 60 day clock. If the FDA responded in 60 days to say, a mid to lateJanuary submission, we would know by now, especially if positive news that enables PP at higher prices.

3. They submitted late in the quarter and have run out of money. This is the scenario which seems to bother many of us here. It would be a bigger than anticipated delay and there was no comms.

Can't we just get an overwhelmingly positive and unexpected surprise for once? We all deserve it. Give me BTD+AA and a ride on the Frontrunner train, all at the same time. One can hope.
