It operates approximately 391 stores under three distinct banners consisting of 226 Reitmans, 85 Pennington, and 80 RW&CO.

Weak Q1 operating results or large management option awards are the next 2 likely.catalysts, and those are both negative. I honestly don't see anything positive on the horizon for the next 6 months. Your next positive catalyst opportunity is probably Q3 earnings as they have already set expecctations for a poor first half.
