C.K. Hutchinson merger

C.K. Hutchinson mergerNot really a merger as VOD will have 51% of the new entity, but if approved by UK Government it will reduce the competition and give opportunity to increase 5G. Meanwhile they are selling off some of their assets in markets which are not as profitable, such as Hungary and Spain.Super dividend of 8.8 at present SP.
They hope to reduce costs by over a billion euros and are slashing workforce worldwide.
Perhaps they are trying to fend off a bid by Emirate Telecoms which is rumured to be sniffing the prospect. All told, very compelling buy signals IMO. DYODD.
