RE:RE:When this acquisition closes:Iscfa, that would me my take as well. Also probably why potential investors and the markets are not reacting more favorable to today's news. More often than not companies have changed their strategies these days, typically they just announce the news when the acquisition is complete.

Even though the news release states definitive intent, we all know it is not a done deal until the news says it is, end of June begining of june, it is still a ways off. GLTA.
