Oncolytics Biotech Inc T.ONC

Alternate Symbol(s):  ONCY

Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on developing pelareorep, an intravenously delivered immunotherapeutic agent that activates the innate and adaptive immune systems and weakens tumor defense mechanisms. This compound induces anti-cancer immune responses and promotes an inflamed tumor phenotype turning cold tumors hot through innate and adaptive immune responses to treat a variety of cancers. This improves the ability of the immune system to fight cancer, making tumors more susceptible to a broad range of oncology treatments. The Company’s primary focus is to advance its programs in hormone receptor-positive / human epidermal growth factor 2- negative (HR+/HER2-) metastatic breast cancer and advanced/metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma to registration-enabling clinical studies. In addition, it is exploring opportunities for registrational programs in other gastrointestinal cancers through its GOBLET platform study.

RE:RE:Seagen filed SEC Schedule 14A outlining Pfizer $43 Bln M&A

RE:RE:Seagen filed SEC Schedule 14A outlining Pfizer $43 Bln M&A All those who are worried about the share price, and/or griping or whining about it, I get it.....but you seem to forget that there are 5 analysts(so far) following this stock and 3 are calling it a strong buy while the other two probably soon will be as well......with price targets anywhere from what?.....8 to 15 bucks.....not to mention we’ve just had trial results that were referred to as being “revolutionary”, and we’ll very likely hear some more extraordinary results very soon, upon which we may even see accelerated approval in one indication....we’re already colaberating with at least 5 different Big Pharmas.....we have seriously promising trials going on all over the world.... I am nowhere near as eloquent as Noteableon and CF and others at laying it all out, but..I could go on and on......you gotta admit....this is an exiting time in the history of Oncy.......
.....the single greatest reason why the share price is at a fraction of those targets right now I think is because a lot of bigger, and more experienced and patient investors than some of us, have been guessing they’ve had time to invest their money elsewhere the last few weeks, and might still have plenty of time before they jump back into Oncy prior to the release of the promised trial results in June. ...........of course that strategy risks the real possibility of a deal being announced before then.... so,  given that possibility, I think we will see some volume start to come back in, in a couple weeks around the beginning of May....investors jumping in before that “big pre-emtive deal” before the deadline.......and I sincerely doubt we’ll  be seeing any more 20,000 share days by the beginning of June ........patience, Grasshoppers!......Soon you will be able to catch the fly......(and then of course release it as gesture of peace and harmony with our beautiful surroundings and our home).....or eat it, whatever.....so far it’s still a free country.
