I don't think that this is quite fair...yes, Victoria had the roll-back...painful at the time, assured...but the new price, with lesser OS gave them wings...and that value increase set the stage for all that happened after.  We all did just fine, thank you! 
So, I think you are either in error - or suffering a bout of revisionist history with this statement.

LUV I bought Victoria Gold for .10 and .12 back in the day.  I also bought a couple that went bankrupt lol.  It is what you do tomorrow that matters.  LUV lest you forget Victoria gold had a 15 for 1 roll back so your purchases were not that great when you look how many years you had dead money.
