RE:LLG une aubaineYou can and have performed the math JeanGuy
The problem, as I see it, is that everything or anything to do with the requisite develpment of Lac Gueret graphite bearing lands project into becoming a actual mining operation is presently thought to be wholly dependent on Nouveau Monde Graphite and the pace said company's officers and directors elect to set for the requisite futher development of the graphite bearing lands in question, amongst other aspects to existing agreements of course.
Many simply don't want to understand the potential of Lac Gueret project being earned into by or on behalf of a certain selected existing and well recognized mines developer and operator.
Noveau Monde Graphite simply doesn't presently have the very capital with which to pursue this added portion of phase three, as including the Lac Gueret development.
We note the $20 Million dollars recently raise by NMG by way of a bought deal financing undertaken at a price of us$4.55, has been designated for "general corporate purposes and also specifically for the development of the Matawine phase two development and to support the path toward a Final investment decision, "FID".
We also note the specifically "non-binding" graphene manufacturing co-development and commercialization agreement, a "non-binding" agreement which Nouveau Monde Graphite had entered into with Mason Graphite and Mason Graphite's near to majority controlled Black Swan Graphene, has not, to my knowledge, been precisely firmed up as yet Jean Guy.
At this juncture I highly doubt NMG representatives are having any second thoghts about NMG's requisite immediate committment to actually demonstrating said compay's seriousness with respect to developing Lac Gueret and expediting the final consummation of that then non-binding graphene manufacturing co-development and commercialization agreement with Black Swan Graphene specifically.
To add, I will say that I doubt there's any news coming "exclusively" for NMG during this two month interim period; and yet, I somehow expect that Nouveau Monde Graphite representatives may actually now be finincially more prepared (with approximately $ __ Million or so from that $20 Million capital only secured just yesterday) and be so inclined as to "make" some upward share price driving news for Black Swan Graphene specifically.
I believe that Nouveau Monde Graphite must take up it's necessarily apportioned "ownership position" in this Black Swan Graphene multifaceted and very serious multiple partners vested of graphene manufacturing expansion enterprise.
It's only logical really; and it's much better that NMG does so now than to wait until the SWAN share price is driven up exponentially by the very introduction of yet another interested party taking up it's apportioned investment position in Black Swan Graphene, eh.
I believe this investment in SWAN by NMG was contenplated as being taken up as part in parcel of the stipulated conditions supporting Mason Graphite provisioning that option to purchase Lac Gueret agreement for Nouveau Monde Graphite.
I am now looking to purchasing a greater position here with Black Swan Graphene, SWAN" TSXV.
Black Swan Graphene is definitely in play JeanGuy.
