Covid was a life saver for both VMD and Quipt. Their share price exploded during that time and they were able to do a huge financing.However, the reason Quipt share price tanked from $10-$5 is because warrant holders were shorting the hell out of the stock to the warrant strike price. ($5.40). . For a guy that thinks he knows everything about this stock, you sure show your lack of understanding of it.
