RE:RE:Westjet helping Air Canada

RE:RE:Westjet helping Air Canada They don't need to go on strike to cause the damage.  The uncertainty of strike is causing future travelers to book elsewhere.

Strike or no strike WJ is screwed.  Strike will cause major revenue loss and no strike equates to very big pay increase for pilots which will be directly impact ticket price.

AME and flight attended union will be next to ask for massive increase.

WJ is in big trouble.  Their Swoop ULCC cant compete with Flair pricing and are taking loss on no frills flyer and taking loss from AC for network/route services and better product.

Westjet made same mistake as Canada 3000 which acquired Royal Airlines and Canjet to gain market share.

Westjet, Swoop, and Sunwing equals disaster and financial drain.  Onex is struggling  on its own.  They are in no position to infuse more capital into WJ.

Weaker WJ equates to stronger AC.
