Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. I think the fact Dr. Thomas Heineman is presenting is a positive.

I have received a phone call from ONC/ONCY encouraging me to vote. That too may be positive as it is anomalous. As far as I know that has not happened before.

I am not prepared to say this time is different as very few folks know for sure, but the firm has been very positive of late, and there is a je ne sais quoi feel to the thing.
