RE:RE:No bites at this fishing hole!

RE:RE:No bites at this fishing hole!I have had the misfortune to be involved in several lawsuits and one thing I learned from those was that lawyers take care of themselves first and most generously.

They are in no rush, ever, to quickly come to a deal for fear of killing the bookable hours that they cherish.

When there is a court case it is usually because the lawyers think there is enough value there to line their pockets.

Tinley has fumbled badly and are at their last kick of the can, possibly a US decriminalization deal or legalization deal could jump the shareprice up a bit but unless they get a lifeline, new management with fresh ideas and ability, they are just going to be another pot startup that couldn't pull it off!

Most of the infused beverage potpreneur skus are having difficulty to survive because of the ridiculous protectionist rules on the books, pretty much universally, that pot and alcohol shall not be sold in the same venues.

It is ridiculous that consumers need anything more than a warning label about consuming both products at the same time and requiring pot bars, while there are perfectly good alcohol bars, already existing, to supply a venue for consumers to participate and consume cannabinoid beverages is a slap in the face of the already existing beverage alcohol bars and lounges who should be open armed for a healthier, safer, less sugar and calorie option with a little different buzz than alcohol or just a nice cbd infused alternate option to a Shirley Temple ( no alcohol) option that could just help with anxiety or arthritis pain or as another option to overconsumption of alcohol.

Sign me up!

Tinley doesn't seem able to pull this off for what they are doing and need to be different than way back when we had first strike advantage.

Tinley or others should go hard at proving up medical benefits of consuming thc and cbd and maybe even come up with some psilicybin options for consumers or push some of the newer derivatives of cannabinoids that they are discovering, like the cannabinoid that some are using for curbing appetite and causing weightloss instead of the injectables that are rippin' off of shelves.

Don't forget that the US just got on board with laws to allow scientific study to prove medical benefits of consuming cannabinoids.

It seemed that Tinley was afraid of its own success when they had first strike advantage in California and when they switched out to thc infused when they were having success with cbd Hemplify!

Now, managment won't divulge anything that could help pacify shareholders that this is a viable company.

My gut is telling me that they are going to run this out until Blaze takes the reigns and by then Tinley shareholders will be relying on fair treatment from the winner of the spoils.

Moving our manufacturing line over to Blaze speaks volumes and they will wind up with our co-bottlers and value added manufacture revenue which will leave Tinley with our IP and recipes for our award winning products which might only have won those awards because we were the only entrants in class.  And Beckett's!

Too much history of fumbles, costly fumbles!

Left with a dead cat bounce potential imho!
