sgi just gained 40% of marymia without merger

sgi just gained 40% of marymia without mergersgi winning the court case just gained sgi 40% access to marymia without needing a merger.
why should sgi give up their entire property for next to nothing to gain access to marymia when they ALREADY have access to marymia without the merger?

the court ruling win is another big reason to vote NO.

jordan's lame excuse to go through with the merger to gain access to marymia is ridiculous when sgi ALREADY has access to marymia. now that vango is gone, there is no barrier to form a jv with cyl. merger is not necessary at all when they have an eager jv partner (cyl is eager because their % of vango tenements they just bought are useless without mills from sgi jv).

sgi just became a lot more valuable with this court ruling win. no need to ram through a highway robbery merger.
