RE:RE:Canadian Arctic the new Congo?

RE:RE:Canadian Arctic the new Congo?
In reference to the West Desert Project, IZN and AW1 finalized an agreement in December 2021 whereas AW1 acquired 100% of West Desert for payment to IZN of nearly 3 million in 3 different cash deals as well as 13,385,000 AW1 shares. Also IZN would receive 50% of revenue derived from any indium mined from the West Desert project. That can be reduced to 25% providing AW1 pays an additional 5 million in cash anytime prior to the first sale of indium from the West desert project. I am partially quoting from the IZN news release of December 7th 2021. IZN is trading between 2 annd 3 cents Canadian.
Personal Disclosure: I own 330,000 shares of IZN.
