Petro cancelled the fracking pilot programs. A joint operation between ECO and XOM (Kale & Platero).

He is also trying to make fracking a criminal act helping to make its future beyond his term bleak  

VMM-37 was XOM's potentially large Colombian play but without the ability to frack it's not worth the efforts  

I would say, that all the above was a big middle finger up and XOM, who could afford to wait, gave it right back...

Come on Fish, if your going to argue so passionately for leader and country either, better educate yourself or quite the lefty manipulation.
