Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:1 week till more dividendsI honestly think even $10 for Artis would be a win at this point. The money could be reinvested in similarly battered REITs like D, AP, or even something well performing like HR. If I could do things all over again with the benefit of hindsight, I would not have sold my HR position to double down on Artis and were I to get $10 for my Artis units, that would let me reinvest the money in HR at no loss. I don't have anything against Artis and think it will be a fine investment long term at the present trading price however I think I could do better things with the money if I could get $10 for my Artis units.

manji and sandpiper are down 10'S OF MILLIONS! I dont know how it  feels to be in those shoes. Id  be trying to sell the reit if I were him, walk away with $12.50 a share and small profits, and then go to MIAMI and relax
