I honestly think even $10 for Artis would be a win at this point. The money could be reinvested in similarly battered REITs like D, AP, or even something well performing like HR. If I could do things all over again with the benefit of hindsight, I would not have sold my HR position to double down on Artis and were I to get $10 for my Artis units, that would let me reinvest the money in HR at no loss. I don't have anything against Artis and think it will be a fine investment long term at the present trading price however I think I could do better things with the money if I could get $10 for my Artis units.

manji and sandpiper are down 10'S OF MILLIONS! I dont know how it  feels to be in those shoes. Id  be trying to sell the reit if I were him, walk away with $12.50 a share and small profits, and then go to MIAMI and relax
