more than a year later AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED..."B" shareholders continue to be held hostage by this "possibly engineered" churning of the stock 100 shares at a time. ACTIVIST SHAREHOLDER , dissolving of this dual share structure or even a CLASS ACTION lawsuit against management/BOD is sorely needed to allow prospective buyers to unlock shareholder value because this current team has clearly demonstrated that they either can't or most likely WONT to whatever means...Year end results were expected yesterday..so far natta... For the record, i sold 1/2 my position more than a year ago and put it into CVE and ARC which at least allowed me to get a few trades in to make a few $$. The potential of ORCA is huge, it continues to trade near cash but NOBODY including the market appears to care as demonstrated by dropping down to $4.70 in the last few days.Any one else still following this stock??? dwdc
