RE:Massively overpaid management??? With total respect WOTR, you have offered what I view as a one dimensional answer to at least a 2 dimensional problem. Agreed that compensation to the board could be owing.
Regulatory requirements by the OSC are one thing, and I agree that they need strich adherence.
Promotion of a company, public or private is a very different matter. Management really do need to step up, way up, their belief in this company, and tell those people you referenced.....our friends and neighbours....exactly WHY KWG is a good solid investment.
WOTR, there are lots of very valid ways that our management team can PROMOTE our company. If that is beyond their scope....hire the professionals who can get our story out there.
