RE:RE:RE:Probably yes, ppp, but impossible to tell....1) feb. 23 announcement to apr. 7 shareholder of record to vote is only 1.5 months not 3 months.

2) 6 mil shares traded out of 123 mil shares outstanding is not that much, so long as the NO voters are not too lazy to vote.

3) most people who arbitrage want the trade to be completed instantly to eliminate time risk. for this case, they would have to wait months before they get their cyl shares to complete the arbitrage. it is investors who are willing to wait for months. since voting NO can give those investors a much greater multi-bagger return than just an arbitrage return (which can be small if cyl shareprice drops), one can't say they will all vote yes.

4) existing shareholders like myself have bought to vote NO so those shares traded during that time are certainly not all yes shares.
