RE:NAV guessesanother week and we will get the y/e NAV, then in May we get Div and Q1 NAV

I will guess y/e nav at .18 and Q1 .16...  solely based on tea leaves ... :)

I am being a bit negative, I am hoping for a bit better than that. And hoping they dont buy more cannabis with rare exceptions.... need more gold oil uranium I think, get ready for comoodity decade.

Cant believe I bought some at .055... 9% yield... of course my Avg is way higher so I am not boasting..
