RE:PAST 6 MONTHS

RE:PAST 6 MONTHSDIR stake is worth $390M+. Every 1% move in DIR is literally $3.9M more value for D were the position to be sold. D has become such a small REIT at this lower D unit price that every 1% move in the unit price of DIR is worth over 0.6% of the public market value of D (e.g. $3.9 million divided into the ~$620 million market cap of D).

I'm am equally excited about the upcoming DIR Q1 results as I am the D Q1 results. We are all DIR investors here.

SNAKEYBOY wrote: DIR UP 40%....D DOWN 20%.  I THOUGHT THE MARKET WAS SUPPOSED TO BE efficient. There should be a modest  correlation between DIR and D movements on a % of market cap at these  levels.

Maybe not so  much when D was $20+
