RE:whoa....there was a block trade for 140K shares @ 1:10pm which drove the price up about $0.10.

let's see if it holds. really good buying pressure lately. as noted in a previous post this week, WELL has been on a marketing roadshow lately which is likely sparking some institutional investor interest.
