I just find it odd that at the same time pumpers are telling people to load up and that good news should be coming soon you have insiders selling off. My thoughts on the low volumes is so that it does not cause mass panic selling from outside investors. Watch for more sell offs. Insiders should not be dumping any shares at these prices if the future holds any promise at all. Not a good look when insiders are dumping at 3 year lows.
