RE:RE:RE:Probably yes, ppp, but impossible to tell....maybe, but just giving the benefit of doubt from the other point of view, that ore from main pit deep was supposed to be high grade ore, similar to the 3 g/t underground ore, so would not fill the tailings any faster than the underground ore. most of what was dug up was waste stripping. that waste is not treated with chemicals so does not add to tailings. that waste stripping is just like dirt that can be moved anywhere. only the smaller amount of high grade ore would be chemically treated whose remains go to tailings. that is if they actually followed through to mine high grade in main pit deep.
