RE:RE:Shorts Up 112k to 1.89 Million as of April 15/23I agree. I've learned not to say never, because anything is possible, but with regards to reduing the dividend, Sienna is not in dire need to at present.
With some assistance from government, which is needed, and hopefully better labour market scenarios, costs can be better restrained, and profits maximized.
It will be interesting to see what their AFFO is for 1Q 2023. I believe Sienna will ride out the storm and hopefully keep the dividend where it is, but I don't see it being increased for some time to come.
