The nickel mining industry has undergone significant consolidation in recent years, with a small number of large mining companies controlling a significant portion of the market. This means that potential buyers for a large-scale deposit like Dumont and CNC may be limited, as many of the largest companies already have significant nickel assets and may not be interested in expanding their holdings.
