RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Comparable Mines? That was never my intent, Wigit.
I know you dismiss the AI response, but I found it quite informative and a good launch point for discussion.
There are only a handful of copper/palladium focussed mines, so this comparison is difficult.
Most Pd comes as a bi-product of nickel mining.
1. Norilsk, no comparison to Marathon. Nickel, lots of nickel.
2. Polymet, way more copper, but less Pd (?) than Marathon.
3. Stillwater/East Boulder: [url=https://www.sibanyestillwater.com/business/americas/pgm-operations-
americas/stillwater-east-boulder/]https://www.sibanyestillwater.com/business/americas/pgm-operations-americas/stillwater-east-boulder/[/url], lots of PGM, but copper is minimal.
4. Ontario: Copper Cliff Mine is a copper mine, not primarilay Pd.
5. Ontario: Creighton has lots of nickel and PGM (underground/shaft mine).
6. Stobie, copper/nickel mine, closed in 2017.
