I’m open to a sale at a fair price.

In 2019, the price was opportunistic as the $2.25 per share offered didn’t even equal the amount received on the sale of their Etiwanda facility18 months later - $55.3 million US or $2.45 Canadian per share (pre-tax).

Today, the 2 properties in Richmond and Calgary are worth north of $4.00 per share pre-tax.
