Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

I'm holding off buying any more AX until earnings. It might costs me a few percent but at least I will have a clearer update as to where things are at. I'm not reading anything from anyone (Colliers/CBRE/JLL/etc) which suggests there will be anything wrong with Artis in Q1 however the short interest is absolutely relentless.
