RE:RE:I am so afraid...I don't disagree with you, and thanks for the extra info.

Four years ago there was a lot more posting and info on this board than now.

However, but, I have seen too many times a company have a weak offer and it gets taken out. 

If Obsidian had made a better offer on BNE it would have been a done deal although Fink has a huge amount of shares and as others on his side too.

It is the smaller shareholders that add up and feel they just won't get more value in the future that end up tendering.

In some cases the bidding does get recognized and others come in to push things further and further, I have never been lucky enough for that.
