I moved hard to cash for the crash but stupidly hung on to my, too many, pot investments that just amaze me with their continual sp drops.

Even good business management that has taken on the pot industry don't seem to have an answer other than get established in the US which is draggin' anchor on any kind of Federal launching of a fair and level playing field for cannabinoids to Big Alcohol.

I am hoping that 2024 Presidential election necessitates that this issue must be dealt with rather than letting it tick along one State at a time.

Big Alcohol seemed to be positioning for cannabinoid beverages eating their lunch but even that seems to have dwindled lately.  Big beer companies were doing deals to be a part of pot companies that could provide cannabinoi skus but have gone quiet, maybe fearful because of the tanking value and shareprices of their chosen ones.

STZ stayed the course with Canopy and are working on a new listing for the conjoined companies of Canopy and Acreage under a new symbol.  It seems that this is a difficult and complicated deal for this takeover of Acreage by a Canadian LP but all concerned parties seem to be in favour of it, especially the shareholders of both companies mentioned in the hopes that it would breathe some positivity into their deal and the rest of the players, both LPs and MSOs, as well as the little guys.

The new vice option is getting old and investors are tired of waiting and the dealmakers are questioning themselves and the deals they were working on for fairer values considering marketvalues.

The inability of the governing parties to get some Federal decriminalization bills passed or outright legalization is onerous and concerned parties believe that this has become a political plum being batted around with nobody trying to put it in the net for the score.

If the Dems feel the squeeze for 2024, I believe they are closer to pulling this off for the win from propot voters who would actually come out and vote on this issue, that aren't showing up at the polls now!
