“Government “ bribes.

“Government “ bribes.Just received a "Cimate action incentive payment (CAIP) notice" and cheque for 792.00. They are seeking consent to contract. i could go into detail on the legal format contained included but that would run long. It is getting sent back with " no contract " written in red ink on it. I have not quite got to the point of purple ink but am working towards that. Oh well got to get a red sharpie today as all the ones I have are black. Just a refresher, black ink- dead, blue ink - sea law, red ink- living, purple ink - sovereign. Seems they cannot long keep gold under 2000 and silver under 25 USD. It doesn't stay down but it also hasn't broken definatively above for too long. Oh well, stuff to get busy on.
