Lets look at this. First of all, when the CEO stated the deal was off and he could no longer continue as Ceo for the deal, he should have notified IIROC BEFORE that news release and BEFORE the stock crashed.

Now IRROC has a trading halt ? 
My guess is that the CEO is gone, done. Left the company. 
Or bankrupcy.

The news will not be good.  Everyone was warned, but most did not listen.
I have been saying this for months.
