Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. We will have our Artis Q1 results in a couple weeks time which will hopefully inspire confidence in the Artis investment thesis even if its unit price performance does not. The May 12th conference call should be interesting.
