Smoking 20,40,60 cigs a day? I highly doubt that. No one is going to fill their lungs with poison to that extent. At least with nicotine cigarettes there is a addiction element so yes many smoke that much with TAAT no way. Some will give it a try out of curiosity but don't see many repeat purchases.
