Poison pill was already cooked up in the lab and swallowed last September.  One more would most likely be lethal.

How many months of huge volume washing back and forth and still no new 10+% holder?  Because it's just sloshing back and forth.  I'll ignore the manipulation angle.  always manipulation when things don't go as anticipated!

I'd hate to make it any more distasteful to purchase this company than it already is....perhaps a "pleasure pill" should be drawn up.  If it is not more than apparent, there are great concerns about the ability of this management team to become miners - timeframe, budget and profitability.  That and the poison pill of last September is why few want to jump on board even at these prices.
