As I experienced until now, DM management made a shift past months to look at shareholder value.

They cancelled options and bought shares back.

It just makes no sense to release new options, as it would foil their past actions to consolidate the share amount.

Also new options wouldn't be justified, as DM I at it lowest stockprice since three years!!
