Exactly, the entire strategic restructuring transaction is being executed at implied valuation of $18 per share. Before the announcement SDE was trading around $13 and it's slowly traded up to $15 already. Value is being realized, make no doubt about it.

I'm invested in the management team, not the assets. Time and time again, they've executed on their judgment and it continues to generate objective value for the long-term shareholders
