You would have built a bloated organization around the oat beta glucan pill and PGX oat beta glucan, would have went big and could have bankrupted the company by now. That's the difference. Gilles developed PGX-OBG as a prototype. The clinical trial failure was only a bump in the road of a much bigger plan. In consultation with industry and given the results of feasibility studies Gilles defined a sustainable plan. PGX-OBG has evolved into PGX-YBG and PGX-Alginate that not only address the needs of industry but produce superior results. With PGX product targets well defined Gilles brought in Ronnie Miller from the world's largest biotech company. Ronnie knows how to build a world class organization. Gilles brought in a CRO to help define the strategic plan with the refined products. Gilles has now brought in a VP of Technical Operations to help manage the growth of the strategic plan. Avenanthramide is the reason Gilles joined the company and that has also advanced to clinical trials with a myriad of potential applications including with PGX. Gilles has built the cash runway required to key strategic objectives. Cashflow has been secured with the deal with Symrise. It's like watching a well conducted symphony. Great work!
